Sara-Anne Caudle won a prize package valued at $20,000 at The Big Event on Saturday, April 28th. Part of the prize will go towards a year of free rent in a location of her choosing in downtown Burlington!
The Burlington Downtown Corporation also made two other awards. A second prize of $14,000 was awarded to Vintage Jane, and an $8,000 People's Choice Award was presented to Emily's Cookie Mix Shoppe.

- The Small Grants Program: Grants for building rehab, business up-fit, marketing assistance and housing development
- A National Register Historic District: State and local tax credits can reduce the cost of renovation by up to 40%
- Business support: Connection to resources to help with business plans, special purpose grants and business counseling
